We could try to make Shuttle Pack look like a big company. You know the kind… The ones with a big staff running around, answering phones, making coffee and thinking really hard about full page ads and big name endorsements. But the fact is we're small. A couple passionate, adventurous, life juggling fanatics with families; doubling as phone answerers and coffee makers.

You may ask, "Why would anyone want to brag about their company being small?" We see it as a benefit. Personal attention to detail and the agility to change based on the needs of our customers. Sure, we would like a mega marketing budget to get the word out… but that's where our friends come in. We're surrounded by some of the most talented triathletes, cyclists, adventure racers, mountain bikers and fitness gurus you can find. While some of these people are on the other side of the world, we're lucky enough to have some very strong talent right here in our own backyard.
